Combine hominy, mushrooms and pimientos in 2-quart casserole dish; set aside.
Saute onion and green pepper in margarine until tender.
Add Cheez Whiz to onion mixture.
Pour over hominy and mix well.
Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Microwave 5 minutes.
Serves 10.
Drain hominy.
Place in 2-quart casserole dish.
Heat soup (undiluted).
Add Cheez Whiz and let melt.
Pour over hominy. Sprinkle chips on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, uncovered.
Fry bacon until crisp; remove from pan and drain, reserving 2 tablespoons drippings.

Brown hominy and onion in fat, add other ingredients and simmer about 30 minutes, until hominy is tender and gravy heavy.
Mix hominy, tomatoes and soup in baking dish.
Grate 4 or 5 ounces mild cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese melts.
Fry bacon until crisp.
Add hominy and tomatoes.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Add chili powder and cook until thick.
Put 1/2 in casserole.
Sprinkle 1/2 cheese and onion, then add remainder of hominy, cheese and onion.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Empty drained hominy in a shallow baking dish.
Melt oleo.
Saute onion and bell pepper in oleo until tender. Empty the 2 cans of hominy, draining one and draining 1/2 of the other can.
Mix in with the onion and bell pepper mixture.
Stir in Cheez Whiz and pimento until melted and mixed well.
Pour into casserole dish.
Bake until bubbly.
Saute onion in small amount of oil.
Saute meat and add hominy, tomato soup, Ro-Tel tomatoes, cheese, garlic, salt and pepper.
Let stand overnight.
Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Uncover and bake 30 to 45 more minutes.
Use Parmesan cheese on top.
Serve with tossed salad and garlic bread.
Saute onion, garlic, and bacon in large skillet until bacon is crisp and onions are clear; drain fat.
Crumble bacon and return to pan. Add hominy, tomatoes, and chili powder. Cook over low heat until creamy.
Pour into a greased 9x13 casserole and top with grated cheese.
Bake at 350F for 30 minutes or until heated through.
Place hominy in baking dish; add chili which has been heated. Add chopped onions, then cheese.
Top with chips.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Saute onion in oleo.
Add hominy and chilies.

In skillet, brown beef.
Drain off fat.
Stir in hominy, green pepper, water, chili seasoning and soup.
Cook and stir until heated through.
Sprinkle cheese over meat, cover and cook until cheese melts.
Heat drained hominy and sour cream in casserole dish in oven until bubbling.
Add chili peppers; season with salt and pepper to taste.
Sprinkle grated cheese over top; let melt before serving.
Saute onion in margarine in iron skillet. Add chili and heat. Add hominy. Cover with cheese, then corn chips.
Cover and cook on low on top of stove for 10 to 15 minutes.
Coat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray.
Place over medium heat; add onion and saute until tender.
Stir in hominy and remaining ingredients, except cheese.
Pour mixture in baking dish coated with cooking spray.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.

Put butter in bottom of skillet; add salt, onion and hominy. Add chili powder to taste and cook about 5 minutes.
Remove from fire; place in casserole with grated cheese on top.
Place in oven until brown.
Saute onion in the margarine.
Add the hominy, cream of mushroom soup, and cheese whiz.
Stir until cheese is melted. Place in 13 x 9 pan and cover with crushed Fritos.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 - 40 minutes.
In skillet brown beef; drain off fat.
Stir in hominy, green pepper, water, chili seasoning and onion soup mix.
Cook and stir until heated through, about 5 minutes.
Sort, wash, soak and cook pinto beans about half-done.
Brown ribs (which have been washed and wiped dry) in large iron skillet or Dutch oven.
Remove ribs to pot with beans and saut onion and garlic in same pan.
Add to bean pot and simmer until ribs are very tender.
Add drained hominy and seasonings to taste and simmer about 1 hour.
Serves 8 to 10.
