Mexican Hominy Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (16 oz.) can hominy
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 envelope chili mix (2 Tbsp.)
    2 Tbsp. dry onion soup mix
    1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In skillet brown beef; drain off fat.
    Stir in hominy, green pepper, water, chili seasoning and onion soup mix.
    Cook and stir until heated through, about 5 minutes.
