Stir in sherry, cheese, salt and bread crumbs. Cool mixture for 10 minutes.
Stuff shells with mixture.
Pour 1 jar spaghetti sauce in bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.
Arrange shells in pan.
Pour remaining sauce over the shells.
Top with cheese. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Refrigerate leftovers.

Cook jumbo shells according to package directions; drain.
Cool on paper.
Brown beef and pork in skillet; drain.
Combine meat, eggs, bread crumbs, Mozzarella cheese (if desired), onion, oregano, salt and pepper.
Fill each shell with 2 tablespoons.
Spread a thin layer of sauce on bottom of 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
Place shells open side down, in a single layer in the pan; cover with sauce.
Cover with aluminum foil; bake at 350\u00b0 about 45 minutes. Fills 36 shells.
Makes 10 to 12 servings.

Prepare jumbo shells according to package directions; drain. Simmer tomato sauce, oregano, basil, onion powder, garlic salt and pepper.
Stir together the cheeses, chives and eggs.
Fill shells evenly with cheese mixture, about 1 tablespoonful.
Pour some sauce in bottom of a 13 x 9-inch pan.
Pour rest on top of shells.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.

Italian Jumbo Shells

Fry sausage and hamburger; drain.
Cook jumbo shells.
Cool in a single layer on wax paper or foil to keep from sticking together. Combine all ingredients except spaghetti sauce.
Spread a thin layer of spaghetti sauce in bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Fill shells and place on sauce, open side down.
Cover with remaining sauce.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Cover with foil. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.

Jumbo Shells With Cheese Filling

Cook jumbo shells for 9 minutes; drain.
Rinse with cold water, drain and arrange in single layer to fill.

Baked Stuffed Jumbo Shells

Cook shells as directed on box and drain well.
Mix Ricotta, eggs, parsley, Parmesan, Romano and Mozzarella cheeses together. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Fill each shell with the Ricotta mixture.
Pour the Ragu sauce, just enough to cover bottom of baking dish.
Lay shells side by side and drizzle more of the Ragu sauce over them.
Cover with foil.
Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 1 hour. Heat remaining sauce and set on table so each person can add more if they desire.
This recipe fills 40 shells.

Tuna-Stuffed Jumbo Shells Recipe

Cook pasta according to package directions; rinse in cold water and drain. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise and sugar. Stir in tuna, celery, onions, green pepper, carrot and parsley. Spoon into pasta shells; cover and refrigerate.
2. For the dressing, combine sour cream, sugar, vinegar, mayonnaise, celery seed and onion powder.
3. Arrange lettuce, onion rings and shells on a serving platter; drizzle with dressing.
