Jumbo Shells With Cheese Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. jumbo shells
    1 lb. (2 c.) Ricotta
    1/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese
    1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    1/4 c. grated cheese
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1 egg, beaten
    1 jar spaghetti sauce
Preparation
    Cook shells as directed.
    Combine cheeses, bread crumbs, salt, egg and parsley together.
    Fill jumbo shells immediately with cheese mixture, using knife or pastry bag.
    Pour half of sauce in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan and arrange shells on top in single layer.
    Top with remaining sauce.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
