Stuffed Jumbo Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. jumbo shells
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. ground pork
    1/3 c. minced onions
    1/4 c. minced celery
    2 (14 oz.) jars spaghetti sauce
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/3 c. cooking sherry
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
Preparation
    Prepare jumbo shells according to directions on box.
    Drain. In large skillet, melt margarine.
    Add beef and pork.
    Cook until lightly brown.
    Add onion, celery and garlic.
    Cook until tender. Remove from heat.
    Stir in sherry, cheese, salt and bread crumbs. Cool mixture for 10 minutes.
    Stuff shells with mixture.
    Pour 1 jar spaghetti sauce in bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Arrange shells in pan.
    Pour remaining sauce over the shells.
    Top with cheese. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Refrigerate leftovers.
