Stuffed Jumbo Shells With Pourover Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef (I use 1/2 Italian sausage)
1 medium onion
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. pour over sauce
1 box jumbo shells, cooked as directed on box
Preparation

Brown meat and onion; drain.
Add seasoning and cheese.
Cool 5 minutes.
Stir in sauce.
Stuff cooked and drained jumbo shells.
