Cranberry Juice Punch

Combine cranberry juice, apple juice and lemonade which has been diluted according to directions on can.
Chill.
Add the soft drink just before serving.

Chill all ingredients, except ginger ale.
When ready to serve, add ginger ale.

Cranberry Cream Punch

Prepare Cranberry Ice Ring one day in advance.
Cranberry Cream Punch: In punch bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, cranberry juice concentrate, (liqueur and food coloring, if desired).
Just before serving, add club soda/ginger ale and ice ring.
Cranberry Ice Ring: Combine cranberry juice cocktail and water.
In 1-1/2-quart ring mold, pour 1/2 cup cranberry liquid.
Arrange cranberries and lime slices or mint leaves in mold and freeze.
Add remaining 3 cups cranberry liquid to mold; freeze overnight.

Fizzy Cranberry-Lemonade Punch

In large pitcher, stir together cranberry-juice cocktail and undiluted lemonade concentrate until blended.
Then, stir in seltzer, and ice cubes if you like.
Garnish with orange pieces.
Serve immediately.
OR.
You can blend this ahead and keep it chilled, but don't add the cold seltzer and ice cubes until just before serving.

Cranberry Tea Punch

Stir cranberry juice, pineapple juice, tea, and orange juice concentrate in a large punch bowl until orange juice is dissolved. Top with ginger ale until bowl is filled. Scoop orange sherbet into punch before serving.

Cranberry Christmas Punch

Dissolve cherry gelatin in boiling water.
Stir in lemonade. Add cold water and cranberry juice cocktail.
Do not add ginger ale until you are ready to serve.
Pour punch over ice cubes or ice ring that has been frozen with additional cranberry juice. This will keep the punch from becoming diluted as the ice melts.

Dissolve cherry gelatin in boiling water.
Stir in the lemonade concentrate.
Add cold water and cranberry juice cocktail.
Place 2 trays of ice cubes or a molded ice ring in a large punch bowl.
Pour punch over ice.
Pour in chilled ginger ale.
Yields 25 servings.

Cranberry "Republican" Punch

Drain juice from pineapple chunks.
Reserve this juice for the punch.
Mix cranberry juice, soda and pineapple juice in punch bowl.
Chill with ice ring.
Garnish with the pineapple chunks and strawberries.

Cranberry Minty Punch

Combine cranberry juice, mint and cranberry sauce in an electric blender; whirl until smooth.
Chill until ready to serve. At serving time, pour over ice in a large pitcher or small punch bowl.
Slowly stir in ginger ale.
Serve in punch cups.
Garnish with mint sprigs.
Yield: 10 servings.

Cranberry Orange Punch

In large punch bowl, combine cranberry juice, ReaLemon and sugar.
Stir until sugar dissolves.
Just before serving, add orange soda, liqueur, if desired, and ice.
Garnish.

Grape-Cranberry Holiday Punch

Combine grape juice concentrate, cranberry juice concentrate and orange juice in large punch bowl. Just before serving, add 2 quarts chilled lemon-lime soda. Use the other 2 quarts and make ice molds. Orange and lime slices can be frozen in the molds for decoration. A pint of Orange sherbet is a nice addition and some people have even added vodka.

Cranberry-Cherry Punch

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, then stir in the lemonade concentrate.
Add the cold water & cranberry juice cocktail.
Place 8-10 cups of ice cubes OR a molded ice ring in a large punch bowl, & pour the punch over the ice.
SLOWLY pour the ginger ale down the inside of the punch bowl, & mix carefully by pushing the ice cubes/ring up & down several times.
If desired, add scoops of fruit-flavored sherbet.

In large punch bowl, combine cranberry juice, lemon juice and sugar.
Stir until sugar dissolves.
Just before serving, add orange soda, liqueur and ice.
Makes 3 1/2 quarts.

Chill all ingredients.
Pour cranberry juice, pineapple juice and lemon juice into a large punch bowl.
Stir. Add ginger ale and ice.
Serve at once. (May substitute a fifth of vodka, rum or gin instead of 1 quart of the ginger ale.)
Serves 30.

Real lemon and sugar; stir until sugar dissolves.
Just before serving, add orange soda, liqueurs if desired and ice.
Garnish as desired.
Makes about 3 1/2 quarts.

Dissolve jello in boiling water.
Stir in frozen concentrate. Place in a punch bowl two trays of ice cubes or a molded ice ring (molded ring is good made with cranberry juice).
Pour punch over ice.
Slowly pour in chilled ginger ale.
Fruit flavored sherbet may be added if desired.

Pour lemonade into ice cube trays and freeze.
Just before serving, combine cubes, cranberry juice, ginger ale orange juice and Vodka in punch bowl.
Garnish with orange slices.
Makes about 2 1/2 quarts.

Hot Cranberry Spice Punch

Bring cranberry juice cocktail, water and pineapple juice to a boil in a large saucepan.
Add ground spices.
Simmer 3 to 5 minutes.
Press 2 to 3 whole cloves into lemon slices.
Ladle punch into mugs; garnish with cinnamon stick (stirrer) and clove-studded lemon slice.
Drop pat of butter on top at last minute and serve immediately.
