Cranberry Minty Punch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cranberry juice cocktail
1/4 c. stemmed mint leaves
1 3/4 c. jellied cranberry sauce
4 c. ginger ale, chilled
ice
fresh mint sprigs
Preparation

Combine cranberry juice, mint and cranberry sauce in an electric blender; whirl until smooth.
Chill until ready to serve. At serving time, pour over ice in a large pitcher or small punch bowl.
Slowly stir in ginger ale.
Serve in punch cups.
Garnish with mint sprigs.
Yield: 10 servings.
