Chicken With Ritz Crackers

Soak
chicken
in
milk.
Crush
Ritz crackers and toss with salt, pepper, cheese and parsley.
Roll chicken pieces in cracker mixture.
Place chicken in greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish and top
with
a
piece
of butter.
Add just enough hot water to cover
the\tbottom of the baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for
1/2 hour, uncovered.
Cover with foil and continue baking for 1/2 hour.

Broccoli And Cheddar Cheese With Ritz Crackers

Cook broccoli; drain.
Place in casserole dish.
Crumble Ritz crackers on top of broccoli and melted butter.
Place shredded cheese on top.
Place in oven until cheese melts.

Sour Cream Chicken Casserole

Mix together, chicken, peas, sour cream, and soup.
Pour in greased casserole.
Top with cheese. (I have used monteray too).
Top with ritz crackers.
Pour melted butter on top of crackers.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes and uncover and bake another 15-20 minutes.
You may also use boneless, skinless raw chicken breast. Just lay 4 breast in baking dish and cover with peas, sour cream and soup. Followed by cheese and crackers. You will have to cook about an hour total.

Chicken Ritz

Soak chicken in eggs overnight.
Roll chicken in Ritz crackers and brown in oil.
Place in pan.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to bake.
Cover with mushrooms and squeeze lemon over chicken.
Mix wine and chicken broth.
Pour over. Place cheese. Cover with foil. Leave corner of foil turned back.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.

Chicken With Poppy Seed

Place cut up chicken in greased casserole dish (9 x 13). Mix in separate bowl: sour cream and soup until well blended. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with poppy seeds. Crush Ritz crackers and sprinkle on top of mixture. Melt butter and pour over crackers. Sprinkle more poppy seeds on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 until hot, about 30-45 minutes.

Chicken Casserole

Cover chicken with water and boil until tender; debone and cut into small pieces.
Melt 1/2 stick margarine in bottom of 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish.
Place chicken in bottom of dish.
Mix sour cream, chicken soup and hot broth until smooth; pour over chicken. Crush Ritz crackers into very small crumbs, mix poppy seed with crackers and spread over other ingredients.
Melt 1 stick margarine and pour over top of casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.

Company Chicken Pie

Boil and debone chicken.
Place bite size pieces in bottom of baking dish; salt and pepper to taste.
Mix sour cream and chicken soup with 1 can broth from boiling chicken.
Pour over chicken. Crush Ritz crackers in small pieces; put over top of mixture.
Cut margarine up and place around on top of crackers.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes or until nice and bubbly.

Oven Fried Chicken

Melt margarine.
Dip chicken in margarine.
Roll chicken in Ritz crackers.
Place chicken in casserole dish; cover with leftover Ritz crackers and margarine.
Cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
Take foil off.
Bake for 5 minutes, until golden brown on top.

Chicken Casserole

Boil chicken until tender.
Tear chicken into pieces and arrange in bottom of Pyrex dish.
Mix sour cream and soup together.
Pour over chicken.
Top with Ritz crackers and drizzle with melted butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.

Chicken Casserole

Mix soup, sour cream and pimento together.
Add chicken with soup mixture.
Melt 1/2 stick butter and mix with Ritz crackers. Add to casserole and sprinkle with poppy seed.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.

Remove chicken from bone after cooking.
Stir in cream of chicken soup and sour cream.
Place in casserole dish.
Top with Ritz crackers.
Dot with butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 35 minutes.

Puttin' On The Ritz Chicken Casserole

Boil chicken breasts until done.
Cool and cube.
Melt 1/2 stick oleo and pour into glass casserole dish; add chicken.
In separate bowl, mix sour cream and chicken soup.
Pour over top of chicken. Crush Ritz crackers and pour over top of chicken.
Pour remaining 1/2 stick oleo over crackers.
Bake, uncovered, at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes.

Chicken Casserole

Debone chicken and chop well.
Mix together chicken, mushroom soup, sour cream and 1/2 can water in a casserole dish.
Top with Ritz crackers and drizzle with melted margarine.
Bake 15 minutes at 375\u00b0.

Corinne'S Chicken Casserole

Put Ritz crackers in buttered casserole. Season green beans with Beau Monde.
Heat cheese in soup.
Layer with chicken, beans and sauce.
Cover with crumbs and almonds or with canned French fried onions.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Cover part of the time.

Chicken Casserole

Melt butter in casserole dish. Crumble Ritz crackers and spread in bottom of dish, covering bottom good. Salt and pepper chicken to your taste.
Mix together the soups and sour cream. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with a few more Ritz crackers. Bake 1 hour.

Cook chicken breasts and remove from bone.
Place in casserole dish and pour mushrooms over chicken.
Mix cream of chicken soup with sour cream.
Spread over chicken.
Melt margarine and mix with Ritz crackers and poppy seed.
Sprinkle over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.

Poppy Seed Chicken Casserole

Prepare chicken breasts in a pan of oil or use an inside grill. When chicken breasts are done, take them off and dice them. Place them in bottom of glass casserole dish. Crush Ritz crackers. In a shallow baking pan, place butter to melt. Mix butter with Ritz crackers and sprinkle poppy seeds in. Bake in oven until lightly toasted. Take out and set aside.

Cook broccoli for 5 minutes and place in bottom of large casserole dish.
Top with chicken.
Mix all other ingredients together (except cheese and crackers) and pour over chicken and broccoli.
Sprinkle with cheese and top with Ritz crackers.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
