Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken
    1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
    1 jar mushrooms
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 tubes Ritz crackers
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Cook chicken and remove from bone.
    Cut in bite size pieces. Mix with sour cream, soups and mushrooms.
    Sprinkle with Ritz crackers.
    Melt butter and pour over crackers.
    Place in a 300\u00b0 oven until crackers are golden brown.
