Fry sausage until light brown.
Drain all grease.
Place 6 slices of bread in 2 quart baking dish.
Spread 1/2 cheese and sausage over bread.
Beat eggs and milk together and pour 1/2 mixture on top.
Add 6 slices of bread and remainder of sausage and cheese and pour remainder of eggs and milk over top.
Put in refrigerator overnight.
Bake uncovered at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Crumble sausage; brown and drain.
Saute vegetables; drain. Set aside.
Beat the eggs, milk, garlic salt and pepper until frothy.
Layer sausage, vegetables and cheese in greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Top with egg mixture; bake at 350\u00b0 until set, about 35 minutes.

Place sausage in a cake pan sprayed with Pam.
Top sausage with peppers and onions. Season with salt & pepper to taste. Add 1/2 cup water to the pan.
Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
Remove the foil and stir the sausage, peppers and onions. Cover with the foil again and return to the oven and continue to bake for 20 more minutes.
Note: I like to drain my peppers, onions and sausage if needed and fry my peppers & onions in butter a little before serving.

Wash and slice into wedges, onions, peppers and potatoes.
When sausage is brown, add these.
Cook for about 1 hour or until peppers, onions and potatoes are tender and golden brown.

Place in mixing bowl.
Grate cheese; add to sausage.
Mix well.

Pour off drippings, reserving 1/4 cup.
Add melted butter or margarine, if necessary, to make 1/4 cup.
Combine bread cubes, sausage mixture, reserved drippings, salt, sage, thyme and pepper in a large bowl.
Blend together eggs and chicken broth.
Stir into bread mixture.
Turn into greased 2-quart casserole.

Slice potatoes and onions.
Cut peppers into strips.
In 9 x 13 pan, layer potatoes, onions and peppers.
Place sausage on top of vegetables.
Pierce sausage with fork.
Pour olive oil overall.
Sprinkle with garlic salt and oregano.
Bake at 375 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours, or until potatoes are cooked. whiles baking periodically stir vegetables and sausages around to coat with pan juices.
Brown sausage and drain; set aside.
Butter casserole dish.
Sprinkle half grated cheese on top of butter.
Crack eggs on top of cheese; break yolks.
Add salt and pepper.
Pour unwhipped cream over eggs.
Top with cooked sausage.
Top with rest of cheese.
Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Can be made ahead of time.
Crumble sausage and fry until brown; then mix with other ingredients.
Pour into large casserole, cover and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
