Baked Sausage Meat, Sweet Potatoes And Fruit - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 large sweet potatoes
1 lb. sausage meat
1 Tbsp. minced bacon
4 large apples or pineapple slices
Salt
Brown sugar
Milk

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cook sweet potatoes, peel and cut them into thin slices.
Grease baking dish.
Cover the bottom with 1/2 the sweet potatoes.
Shape sausage into 4 flat cakes. Brown the cakes slightly in a greased pan.
Then add bacon.
Peel and cut apples or pineapple slices into thick slices.
