Baked Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2-inch sausage (fresh in the casing)
    3 onions
    2 hot peppers (optional)
    3 green peppers
    1 large can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Brown sausage and drain real good on paper towels.
    Cut in 1 1/2 to 2-inch
    pieces.
    Put
    in baking pan and mix onions and peppers and add
    a\tlittle\tsugar
    and
    salt
    and mix with tomato sauce and pour over sausage.
    Bake 2 hours at 250\u00b0.
