Baked Sausage And Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage, cooked, broken up and drained
    2 cans sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 onion, chopped
    1 tomato, chopped
    1 loaf French bread, cut in 1/2-inch cubes
    6 eggs, beaten
    1 qt. milk
    2 tsp. dried basil
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder (optional)
    2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    chopped parsley for garnish
Preparation
    Grease a 13 x 9-inch glass baking dish.
    Combine cooked and drained sausage, onion, tomato, mushrooms and bread cubes in baking dish.
    In large bowl combine eggs, milk and basil, pepper and garlic powder and mix well.
    Pour egg mixture over sausage mixture. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0 and bake, uncovered, for 1 hour.
    Remove from oven and sprinkle both cheeses evenly over egg mixture.
    Bake 15 minutes longer or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
    Let stand about 10 minutes before serving.
    Garnish with parsley.
