Saute onion, pepper and linguica with spices in saucepan.
Put aside.
In a 2-quart saucepan combine rice, margarine and water. Bring to a boil, then lower heat and cook 20 minutes.
Stir in onion, pepper and linguica with spices.
Let stand 5 minutes and serve.
Cut linguica into 2-inch chunks. Cube potatoes; slice onion and peppers into thin strips. Dice tomatoes into 1-inch chunks. In a large casserole dish, layer potatoes, onions, peppers and tomatoes. Drizzle oil and sprinkle a little garlic powder, parsley, salt and pepper. Top with linguica. Cover dish and cook at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour.
Saute green pepper and linguica until cooked.
Cook macaroni. Mix macaroni, green pepper and linguica together.
Cut up cheese into cubes; put on top.
Pour in milk.
Put in oven at 350\u00b0 until cheese is melted.
Grind together the linguica, onion and cheese using food grinder or food processor.
Cut crust off bread and quarter each slice.
Top each piece of bread with linguica mixture.
Bake on cookie sheet at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until top browns and cheese melts.
Soak kidney beans in water overnight; drain.
Cook, brown and slice linguica.
In a large 8-quart pot, add linguica, onions, beans, cabbage, garlic, salt, pepper, vinegar and tomatoes.

Slice and dice the onion and green pepper; fry in saucepan until nice and brown.
Next, cut up the linguica into bite size pieces.
Add it to the pepper and onion.
Cook until well done, approximately 10 minutes.
Boil the 4 cups of water with the salt. When water comes to a boil, add your rice and cover.
Remove from flame; let sit approximately 5 minutes.
Pour rice into serving dish and pour linguica mixture over it.
Add ketchup and mix well. May salt and pepper to taste.

In a hot saute pan, add the lard and melt. Add the onions, season with salt & pepper. Cook over medium heat until they start to caramelize about 4-5 minutes, stirring frequently to avoid burning.
Add in the linguica and heat until the linguica is cooked all the way through and the skin casing is just beginning to burst, 6-8 minutes.

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Separate dough into 8 triangles.
Cut each triangle lengthwise into thirds.
Place linguica on shortest side of each triangle.
Roll up, starting at shortest side and rolling to opposite point.
Place on ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve warm.

Remove skin from linguica and fry meat till half cooked.
Refrigerate dough and meat one hour.
Flatten dough like a pancake and fill with meat.
Seal like a roll.
Let rise 1 1/2 hours.

Saute onion, garlic, and bell pepper in 1-2 Tablespoons butter or olive oil until onions are tender.
Place onions,garlic, bell pepper, potatoes, linguica, and green beans in a large saucepan.
Add enough water to cover.
Add All-spice, red pepper, tomato sauce or crushed tomatoes, salt and pepper.
Cover and simmer until beans are crisp tender and potatoes are fork tender (approx. 1 hour).
Heat olive oil in a deep, heavy pot over medium high heat.
Add potatoes and onions, cover and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
