Scalloped Potatoes And Linguica - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium potatoes
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    salt and pepper
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3/4 lb. linguica
Preparation
    Peel and slice potatoes 1/4-inch thick.
    Mix potatoes, soup, onion, pepper and salt in a casserole dish (9 x 12-inch).
    Slice linguica and put on top.
    Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until potatoes are soft.
