Portuguese Linguica Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 lb. linguica, cut in small pieces
1 can tomatoes
1 egg
8 oz. Velveeta cheese
1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 lb. box shell macaroni
1 tsp. oil
Preparation

Cook macaroni according to directions and drain.
Saute linguica, onion and green pepper in oil until pepper is cooked. Add tomatoes and cook until bubbly.
Combine macaroni and mixture in casserole dish.
Beat egg and evaporated milk together and pour over casserole.
Cut cheese into small pieces and mix together with casserole ingredients.
Bake, uncovered, for 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
