Linguica And Pork Chops And Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 pork chops
    2 large green peppers, sliced
    2 large onions, sliced
    linguica, washed and cut up
    1/2 to 3/4 c. ketchup
    1/4 c. water
    paprika
    salt and pepper
    potatoes, washed and sliced
    carrots, washed and sliced into small pieces
Preparation
    Wash pork chops and pat dry.
    Place in bottom of large roasting pan.
    Add peppers, onions, carrots and potatoes (rub with paprika).
    Add salt, pepper, ketchup and small amount of water. Cut up linguica and place around.
    Bake at 350\u00b0, covered, for 2 to 2 1/2 hours, until vegetables and pork chops are done.
