Linguica Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. linguica
1/2 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
3 c. Bisquick
3/4 c. water
Preparation

Remove casing from linguica.
Cook in large skillet, breaking up with fork.
Drain off fat.
Put into large bowl and cool completely.
Mix in rest of ingredients with fork until blended. Roll into 1-inch balls and place on large cookie sheet 2-inches apart.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes, until puffed and lightly browned.
