For the stroganoff sauce:
Heat the olive
Sautee onion, garlic and mushrooms in butter over medium heat.
Stir in meat and brown.
Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Cook 5 minutes.
Stir in soup. Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream and heat through.
Garnish with parsley.
Serve over egg noodles with popovers.

Brown hamburger meat in skillet; drain the liquid off the meat.
Add Lipton stroganoff package, cream of mushroom soup and milk.

Cook Minute rice. Spoon stroganoff over rice.

Serves 4 to 6.
Brown hamburger, onion and garlic salt; drain off fat.
Add flour, salt, pepper and mushrooms (juice and all).
Cook for 5 minutes.
Add soup; simmer for 10 minutes.
Add sour cream; heat through.
Serve over hot buttered noodles.

Mix well for about 5 minutes.
Add can cream of chicken soup; stir for 2 or 3 minutes, until completely mixed.
Reduce heat and let simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Then add sour cream and stir until completely mixed and warmed through.
Great over noodles or rice.

Microwave hamburger on High for 5 minutes; stir.
Add onion and margarine and microwave on High 2 minutes and stir.
Blend in flour, garlic, pepper and soup.
Heat on High for 3 to 4 minutes until thickened, stirring 1 or 2 times.
Blend in sour cream (if using nonfat, add water to desired consistency).
Microwave on Medium-high 1 minute.
Serve over noodles (can substitute Butter Buds for margarine).
