Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger meat
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 small can (6 oz.) mushrooms
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Brown meat and onions in butter until meat loses pink color and onions are tender.
    Add mushrooms, flour and salt to taste. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Take off flame and add soup.
    Simmer for 10 minutes.
    Add sour cream and heat.
    Serve over medium size egg noodles until tender.
