Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/4 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    2 or 3 c. hot cooked wide egg noodles or rice
Preparation
    Cook and stir hamburger and onion in margarine in a 10-inch skillet until hamburger is light brown.
    Add flour, salt, garlic, pepper and mushrooms.
    Cook, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes. Stir in soup.
    Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
    Reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes.
    Stir in sour cream; heat through. Serve over hot noodles or rice.
