Hamburger - Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1/4 c. margarine
    onion
    2 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
    egg noodles
Preparation
    Brown hamburger and drain grease.
    Add margarine and onion. Cook until onions are tender.
    Add flour, salt, pepper and garlic; mix well.
    Add mushrooms and cream of chicken soup.
    Mix well and simmer on low heat, about 10 minutes.
    Add sour cream and simmer another 15 to 20 minutes.
    Cook noodles until done.
    Serve stroganoff over noodles.
