Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 small can mushrooms
    1/2 stick margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 small onion
Preparation
    Partly brown hamburger meat and onion in skillet.
    Pour off excess fat.
    Add margarine and mushrooms and finish browning.
    Then add salt, garlic salt, pepper and flour.
    Mix well for about 5 minutes.
    Add can cream of chicken soup; stir for 2 or 3 minutes, until completely mixed.
    Reduce heat and let simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Then add sour cream and stir until completely mixed and warmed through.
    Great over noodles or rice.
