Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/4 c. butter
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 lb. sliced mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 minced clove garlic
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    toast
    chopped parsley
Preparation
    Saute chopped onions in butter until soft.
    Add hamburger, mushrooms, flour, garlic, salt, pepper and paprika; saute until hamburger loses its color, then add 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup and simmer for 10 minutes.
    Stir in 1 cup sour cream. Serve on toast, topped with chopped parsley.
