Saute onion with garlic and sausage.
Drain grease.
Add remaining ingredients.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat to a simmer. Put lid on pot and cook 35 to 40 minutes.
Stir occasionally.
Cut sausage into 3/4-inch pieces.
In medium saucepan (3-quart), saute sausage, onion and green pepper about 3 minutes or until sausage is lightly browned.
Drain well.
Stir in spaghetti sauce. Bring to boiling and reduce heat.
Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Top hot cooked pasta with sauce and Parmesan cheese.
Brown sausage and drain.
Saute green onions and bell pepper in margarine until tender.
Add Ro-Tel and amount of water on rice directions.
Add rice, seasoning and sausage.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 30 minutes or until desired thickness.
In a large saucepan, cook onion in 1/2 stick margarine until tender.

Gradually add milk, stirring until smooth.
Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture is slightly thickened.
Line a 13 x 9-inch casserole dish with sausage.
Add 1/2 the potatoes, 1/2 the peas and 1/2 the sauce. Repeat layers.
Combine 1/2 stick melted butter and bread crumbs. Sprinkle over top of casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until crumbs are lightly browned.
Boil potatoes and set aside.
Melt margarine in saucepan.
Add flour to make a paste. Add milk and bring to a boil to thicken. Add cheese and seasonings.
Pour cheese sauce over potatoes. Slice sausage and place in a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
Spoon potatoes over sausage and heat in oven at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Stir-fry sausage in large non-stick skillet approximately 3-5 minutes. Mix remaining ingredients in microwave safe bowl. Microwave on medium (50% power) 1 minute. Stir. Heat 1 minute. Serve sausage on party picks with dip.
Combine brown sugar, salt and cornstarch in saucepan.
Add juice from pineapple and water to equal 1 1/4 cups.
Cook until begins to thicken.
Add margarine; pour over sausage, yams and pineapple arranged in casserole.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
Slice sausage in 1-inch slices. Put in large skillet and cover with water.
Cook covered over medium heat until water boils out and sausage browns slightly.
Add barbecue sauce. Cook until sauce cooks through, about 10 minutes.
Place sausage in crock-pot.
Add water, halfway up on sausage. Add jelly and mustard.
Simmer on low.
This is very good served with Fried Okra Salad (in cookbook) and baked beans.
Mix barbecue sauce, brown sugar, catsup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice.
Steam sausage 15 or 20 minutes and pour off liquid.
Mix all ingredients together.
Add sausage.
Cut to desired size.
Marinate overnight.
Ready to heat and serve the next day.
Mix the first 4 ingredients and put in casserole dish.
Cover with Swiss cheese.
Add 1/2 cup hot water.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
Fry bacon until crisp; drain and add flour to bacon drippings and mix well.
Place mixture and bacon pieces in slow cooker.
Add all other ingredients; stir together thoroughly.
Cover and cook on low heat 7 to 9 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours.
Brown bacon in Dutch oven; add onions and cook until tender. Add potatoes, salt and pepper. Cover with sauerkraut and sausage. Add juniper berries and enough beer to cover potatoes. Simmer (covered) until tender (20 to 30 minutes). Serves 6 to 8.
Put salt and crab boil on shrimp; stir and set aside.
In Crisco over medium heat, cook vegetables until crisp-tender; drain. Return oil to pan and heat until moisture is removed.
Brown flour in oil adding bouillon cubes.
Return vegetables to flour mixture; add sausage and few of the shrimp.
