Eckrich Sausage And Mostaccioli - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) pkg. Eckrich sausage
1/2 c. coarsely chopped onion
1/2 c. coarsely chopped green pepper
1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
2 c. (8 oz.) uncooked mostaccioli or other tubular pasta, cooked and drained
grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cut sausage into 3/4-inch pieces.
In medium saucepan (3-quart), saute sausage, onion and green pepper about 3 minutes or until sausage is lightly browned.
Drain well.
Stir in spaghetti sauce. Bring to boiling and reduce heat.
Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Top hot cooked pasta with sauce and Parmesan cheese.
