Eckrich Sausage And Cabbage And Ranch Style Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 onion
1/2 to 1 lb. Eckrich sausage
1/2 head cabbage, coarsely chopped
1 c. Ranch Style beans
3/8 tsp. garlic
2 cans beef broth
2 c. water
6 small potatoes, diced
1 c. ketchup

Preparation

Saute onion with garlic and sausage.
Drain grease.
Add remaining ingredients.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat to a simmer. Put lid on pot and cook 35 to 40 minutes.
Stir occasionally.
