Mix cornbread mix into an iron skillet that has been heated with oil in oven.
Pour meat mixture over cornbread mix.
Top with grated cheese.
Pour remaining mix over cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
In large bowl combine all ingredients.
Saute onions in a skillet with a small amount of oil.
Add onions to the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Pour mixture into a greased 13 x 9-inch pan or large casserole dish.
Top with cheese.
Bake in oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until firm at 350\u00b0.
Brown meat and onion together and drain.
Mix corn with corn bread mix.
Add water; pour 1/2 corn bread mix in greased 12-inch iron frypan.
Layer meat and onion on top of corn bread mix, then the rest of corn bread mix.
Top with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
For the corn salsa, boil, steam or microwave corn and beans until tender; drain. Rinse under cold water; drain. Combine corn and beans in a medium bowl with remaining ingredients.
For the fish, combine spices in a shallow bowl. Add fish; turn to coat fish in spice mixture.
Heat an oiled grill pan on medium-high heat or preheat the grill to medium. Cook fish for 5 mins each side or until cooked through.
Serve fish with corn salsa.
Mix together.
Place in casserole dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Mix all ingredients together.

Add liquid ingredients all at once;

smooth, then add cheese, hot pepper, corn, bell
pepper and
onion.
Add
oil; stir that together.\tPour into an
iron skillet
and bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes, until golden brown.
Cut; serve immediately.

In microwave, heat vinegar, sugar and oil until sugar dissolves.
Drain and mix peas, Shoepeg corn, Mexican corn, olives, onions, celery, pimientos and mushrooms.
Mix in vinegar dressing and store in refrigerator until well chilled.
