Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Martha White self-rising corn meal mix
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. buttermilk
    3 eggs
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 small chopped bell pepper
    1 small chopped onion
    1 small can creamed corn
    1 can Mexican corn
    1/2 c. canola oil
    dash of hot Texas Pete
Preparation
    Mix well the above ingredients and pour into a well greased pan and bake for 1 hour at 400\u00b0 until done.
