Brown onion and bacon together in skillet.
Transfer entire mixture to crock-pot and add all remaining ingredients.
Mix together and simmer for several hours.
Brown hamburger, sausage & onion in frying pan and add to a large crock pot.
Add remaining ingredients & stir well.
Cook in crock pot for 4 hrs on high, stirring occasionally.
OPTIONAL - Add pepperoni slices.
Drain pork and beans.
In crock-pot, add beans, catsup, sugars, onion and bell pepper on high for 10 to 15 minutes.
Turn down to low for 1 hour.
Fry bacon, drain off fat and lay on top of beans.
Chop up the bacon into bite size pieces.
Place a small amount of olive oil in a 12 inch skillet and cook bacon over medium heat until cooked through.
Remove bacon with slotted spoon.
Add ground sirloin, onion and garlic to bacon drippings and brown until meat is cooked and onion is transparent.
Drain meat.
Combine bacon, meat/onion/garlic mixture and all other ingredients in a crock pot until hot and bubbly.
Cook on low (4-5 hours), or high (2-3 hours).
Mix all ingredients in crock-pot.
Cover and cook on low heat for 8 to 12 hours or on high for 2 to 3 hours.
Place all ingredients in crock-pot.
Cook on low heat setting for 4 to 6 hours.
Serves 8 to 10.
Chop bacon and fry; drain grease.
Add chopped onion and brown.
Mix in crock-pot the beans, bacon, onion, vinegar, sugar and catsup.
Cook on low 3 to 4 hours.
Saute the green pepper and onions in a little bacon grease before adding all ingredients to a crock pot.
Cook for 6 to 8 hours on low.
Note: Crock pots cook differently; I usually cook for less time than recipe calls for.
The preparation time is approximate.
Note: I double the amount of beans the recipe calls for to temper the hot seasoning. A personal preference.
For the crock pot/slow cooker method; in a
Combine everything in the slow cooker.
Cook on low for 4 to 6 hours.
Rinse beans. In a large pot, bring 8 cups water and beans to boiling
Combine all ingredients, except ham, in crock-pot; stir well. Sprinkle ham over top, pushing half down into beans.
Cover and cook on low setting for 4 to 12 hours (on high setting for 2 to 3 hours).
Easy to increase.
Makes 12 servings.
Soak beans in water for 2 to 4 hours. Drain and rinse beans. Brown diced bacon until medium done. With slotted spoon, remove from grease.
Place all ingredients in crock-pot.
Add enough water to cover ingredients.
Turn crock-pot on high setting until starts to boil, then turn on low setting.
Let cook for 8 to 10 hours or until beans are tender.
(I start beans the night before and let cook all night.)

Add remaining ingredients. Stir well to blend ingredients.
Cover crock-pot.
Cook for 1 hour on high.
Then
reduce
heat
to cook for 4 to 6 hours on low.
Wash beans.
Cover beans with water.
Soak beans overnight. Put beans and water into crock-pot.
Pour all ingredients into crock-pot and cook for 6 hours, until tender.
Put all in crock pot and cook on low for 5-6 hours or high 2-3 hours.
Brown the ground beef and onion; drain well.
Add the remaining ingredients and put in crock-pot.
Cook on low for 4 to 6 hours.
Cook the bacon until crisp.
Drain saving 2 tablespoons of pan drippings.
Saute the onions in the drippings until tender.
Add in the brown sugar,vinegar, salt, mustard and garlic powder.
Simmer uncovered for 15 minutes or until the onions are brown.
Combine the beans in the crock pot.
Add the onions mix and bacon; stir well.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the beans are tender.
