Soak tortillas for 5 minutes and drain.

Picante Onion Soup(Makes 6 Servings)

Place onions, garlic and butter in 3-quart saucepan. Cook over medium-low heat about 20 minutes, stirring frequently, until onions are tender and golden brown. Stir in tomato juice, broth, water and 1/2 cup picante sauce. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 20 minutes. Ladle soup into bowls and sprinkle with croutons and cheese.

Picante Black Bean Soup(Makes 6 To 8 Servings)

Cook bacon over medium-high heat in large saucepan until crisp. Remove to paper towels.
Set aside. Add onion and garlic to drippings; cook and stir 3 minutes. Add beans, broth, water, 3/4 cup picante sauce, salt and oregano.
Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Ladle into soup bowls; dollop with sour cream. Sprinkle with reserved bacon. Serve with additional picante sauce and crackers.

Spinach Picante Pesto Sauce

Combine spinach, 1/4 cup picante sauce, cheese, nuts, oil and garlic in food processor or blender.
Mix until smooth.
Transfer to a small bowl. Stir in remaining picante sauce.
Toss spinach mixture with hot cooked pasta. Sprinkle with additional chopped nuts, if desired, and serve with additional picante sauce.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.

Pace Wild West Picante Burgers

Thoroughly mix the beef and picante sauce. Shape the beef mixture firmly into 4 patties, 1/2 inch thick.
Heat the grill to medium. Grill the patties for 10 minutes or until they are cooked through, turning them once halfway through cooking and brushing often with additional picante sauce.
Serve on rolls with additional picante sauce.

Picante Chicken Wings

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0F.
Combine 3/4 cup picante sauce with catsup, honey and cumin.
Pour over wings, cover and marinate in refrigerator 1 hour or more, turning at least once.
Place wings on a foil lined broiler pan, reserving marinade.
Bake 30 minutes.
Baste with marinade, bake 15 minutes, brush with marinade and bake another 15 minutes.
Turn heat up to broil, place pan 6 inches from broiler, cook 2 minutes per side.
Combine 1/4 cup picante sauce with sour cream and serve with wings.

Soften cream cheese.
Add picante sauce.
Mix well, then add other ingredients.
Blend.
Add more picante sauce to thickness as desired.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Mix together picante sauce, brown sugar and dijon mustard.

Let stand for 10 minutes. Serve with additional picante sauce.

Picante Shrimp 'N Peppers Pasta

Cook and drain pasta according to package directions.
While pasta is cooking, heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat.
Add shrimp, peppers, mushrooms, garlic and basil.
Cook, stirring frequently, until shrimp is cooked through and peppers are almost tender, 3 to 4 minutes.
Stir in tomatoes and picante sauce. Simmer 2 to 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
Add pasta; mix well. Serve with Parmesan cheese and additional picante sauce.
