Picante Brunch Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
    4 slices bacon - cooked and crumbled
    2 green onions - sliced
    1 (9 inch) frozen pie crust
    3 eggs - beaten
    1/2 c. Picante sauce
    1/2 c. Half & Half or milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
    Arrange cheese, bacon, and onions in pie crust.
    Mix eggs, picante sauce and half & half.
    Pour over cheese mixture.
    Bake 35 minutes of until crust is golden and knife inserted in center comes out clean.
    Let stand for 10 minutes. Serve with additional picante sauce.
    Serves 6.
