Shrimp Picante - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) jar picante salsa (mild, medium or hot)
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 medium onion, thinly sliced
    1/2 tsp. Christopher Ranch garlic, drained
    20 medium size shrimp, cooked, drained and shelled
    2/3 c. rice
Preparation
    Bring picante to boil in deep pan with butter, onion and garlic.
    Cut shrimp in half or leave whole.
    Add to picante until hot.
    Serve on rice.
    Serves 2.
