Beef Picante Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. picante
    12 corn tortillas
    2 lb. beef
    1 onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. cumin
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 c. picante
    1/2 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. milk
    1 (16 oz.) sour cream
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In large shallow bowl, mix water and picante sauce.
    Soak tortillas for 5 minutes and drain.
    Cook beef and onion; drain. Stir salt, pepper, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder and picante into meat mixture; simmer 5 minutes.
