Pecan-Cheese Log(Makes 12 Servings)

Blend cream cheese, Swiss cheese, Blue cheese and red pepper in bowl.
Chill until firm enough to handle.
Shape into 8-inch log. Wrap in waxed paper, foil or other wrap and chill again until firm. Unwrap log, roll in chopped pecans and chill until ready to serve.

Spicy Taco Cheese Log

In a large mixing bowl let cream cheese, taco cheese and butter stand at room temperature for 30 minutes. Add milk and worcestershire sauce. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy. Stir in green onion and chile peppers. Cover an chill for 4 to 24 hours.
Shape cheese mixture into a log about 9 inches long. Combine crushed corn chips and cilantro; roll cheese log in corn chip mixture. Let stand for 15 minutes before serving. Serve with tortilla chips.

Pecan Cheese Log

Mix first 6 ingredients well.
Add pecans.
Mix well.
Shape into log.
Sprinkle finely chopped pecans on top.

Grate cheese; blend with soft cheese, garlic and pecans.
Roll in paprika on waxed paper.
Shape into log; chill.
Slice thin and serve with Ritz crackers.

Remove goat cheese logs from packaging and set aside.
Evenly distribute cranberries on a sheet of parchment paper.
Roll log into the cranberries and wrap with the parchment paper.
Firmly roll wrapped log so cranberries adhere to the cheese.
Place in refrigerator to chill.
Unwrap log 30 minutes before serving.
Serve with your favorite breads or crackers.

Garlic Cheese Log

Combine first 5 ingredients and mix well.
Soften cream cheese and roll of bacon-cheese spread.
Shape into a log.
Combine pecans and parsley.
Roll log in mixture.
Chill.
Garnish with pimiento. Yield:
One 6-inch cheese log.

Let cheese stand at room temperature.
Mix all ingredients and form into log.
Roll cheese log in 1/2 teaspoon chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon paprika and 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans.
Wrap log with plastic wrap and refrigerate.

Combine cheese and olives; mix well.

Spread chopped nuts on waxed paper and coat the cheese log by rolling it on the nuts. Store in refrigerator.

Firecracker Cheese Log

On a sheet of plastic wrap, spread out cream cheese into a 9 x 5-inch rectangle.
In a small bowl, combine 1 teaspoon paprika, parsley, garlic powder and black pepper.
Sprinkle paprika on cheese, covering evenly.
Place in icebox for 20 minutes.
Using plastic wrap as guide, roll up cheese, making a compact log. Cover outside of cheese log with remaining paprika.
Total time: 30 minutes.

Herbed Olive Cheese Log

Mix together all ingredients, except parsley.
Refrigerate until firm (1 to 2 hours).
Shape mixture into a log shape; roll in parsley.
Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate until 1/2 hour before serving.
Serve with crackers.
This cheese log is especially nice around Christmastime because of the red and green colors.

Texas Cheese Log

Mix all ingredients together, except chili powder, and form into a large ball.
Chill until firm.
Roll in chili powder to cover.
Serve with crackers.
This cheese log can be frozen.

Sweet And Salty Honey Cheese Spread

Spread the sunflower seeds on a piece of wax paper. Roll the goat cheese log in the sunflower seeds on all sides and on the ends. You will need to firmly press the seeds into the cheese to make them stick.
Place cheese on serving platter and drizzle honey all over the top. Garnish with any leftover seeds, mint, and the nicest looking berries you can find. Serve with crackers.
