Pecan Cheese Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. pimiento cheese
    1/4 lb. American cheese
    3 oz. sour cream
    3/4 c. pecans
    1/4 tsp. garlic juice
    paprika
Preparation
    Grate cheese; blend with soft cheese, garlic and pecans.
    Roll in paprika on waxed paper.
    Shape into log; chill.
    Slice thin and serve with Ritz crackers.
