Cheese Log #2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese, cubed or shredded
    6 oz. cream cheese
    2 oz. Blue cheese, crumbled
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1/3 c. finely chopped onion
    1/3 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Blend cheese well in mixer.
    Add onions, 1/3 cup of nuts and sour cream. Chill until firm.
    Shape into a log.
    Spread chopped nuts on waxed paper and coat the cheese log by rolling it on the nuts. Store in refrigerator.
