Dried Beef-Cheese Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. finely chopped pimiento-stuffed olives
    1 (2 oz.) jar dried beef, finely chopped
Preparation
    Combine cheese and olives; mix well.
    Chill until firm.
    Shape mixture into a 10-inch log.
    Roll log in chopped beef.
    Serve with crackers.
    Yields one cheese log.
