Pecan-Cheese Log - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. grated Swiss cheese
1 c. crumbled Blue cheese
1/2 tsp. liquid red pepper
chopped pecans
Preparation

Mix all ingredients (except nuts).
Chill long enough to handle.
Shape and roll into ball or log.
Roll in chopped nuts. May be stored in refrigerator after being wrapped in Saran Wrap. Serve with crackers.
