Pecan-Cheese Log(Makes 12 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. (4 oz.) grated Swiss cheese
    1 c. crumbled Bleu cheese
    1/2 tsp. bottled red pepper seasoning
    1/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Blend cream cheese, Swiss cheese, Blue cheese and red pepper in bowl.
    Chill until firm enough to handle.
    Shape into 8-inch log. Wrap in waxed paper, foil or other wrap and chill again until firm. Unwrap log, roll in chopped pecans and chill until ready to serve.
