Plantation Cheese Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. pecans, chopped
1 small clove garlic, minced
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 Tbsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. Tabasco
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Blend all ingredients, except chili powder.
Shape into 2 rolls (7 x 1 1/2-inches).
Sprinkle chili powder on waxed paper. Roll cheese log in chili powder, coating evenly; chill.
Slice and serve with crackers.
