For the rouille, combine mayonnaise, garlic and paprika in a small bowl. Season to taste. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
For the seafood soup, heat oil in a large saucepan on medium heat. Saute leek for 4-5 mins, until tender. Stir in cream of celery soup, stock and sherry. Simmer for 5 mins. Add seafood and simmer for 5 mins.
Ladle soup into bowls. Top with a dollop of rouille and serve with cheese bruschetta.
Defrost seafood mix. Drain. Separate the squid

Heat oil in a large saucepan on high. Saute onion and garlic 2-3 minutes, until tender. Add chili flakes and cook, stirring, 1 minute.
Mix in wine and bring to a boil. Boil, uncovered, until liquid is reduced by half.
Stir in soup and 2 cups water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and stir in seafood mix. Season to taste.
Simmer, covered, 3-5 minutes, until seafood is cooked. Serve sprinkled with parsley and accompany with lemon wedges.

Add your choice of seafood and cook until done.
Add soups, heavy cream and half-and-half; stir until smooth.
Heat through. Season with hot pepper sauce and sherry.

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
In a large saute pan, melt butter and saute onions and garlic until onions are almost translucent.
Stir in flour, coating all of the onions well. Gradually pour in milk, stirring constantly. Stir in mushroom soup and seafood.
Cook for 10 minutes or until shrimp are pink and scallops are opaque. Serve over pasta.
In the microwave, heat soup and milk thoroughly.
Add cooked seafood and curry and heat again.
Serve over rice.
Chop a small bunch of green onions.
In a large frypan or Dutch oven, melt butter. Saute crab meat, shrimp, scallops and onions about 10 minutes until onions are translucent.
Add milk, cream of shrimp soup and wine.
Heat thoroughly and then add the peas.
Cover and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Serve over rice or thin noodles.
This recipe is very easy, yet tastes special. Serves 6.
In skillet, saute mushrooms, crab meat and broccoli with salt and pepper in margarine or butter.
Place this mixture in center of flat tortilla.
Sprinkle cheese on top and roll.
Continue until all tortillas have been filled.
Place in oblong pan. Spread soup (sour cream may be added to soup for a creamier texture) over all tortillas and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.

Pass Aioli separately
Combine frozen hash browns, onions, chicken broth and just enough water to cover potatoes. Be very careful not to add too much water. Just cover.
Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
Stir in both cans of soup and the milk, reheat.
Thaw frozen fish and cut into 1 1/2-inch chunks.
Saute onion in margarine until tender, but not brown.
Add soup, potatoes, beans, water, salt, pepper and mustard.
Mix well.
Heat until bubbly.
Fold in fish and 1/2 of the cheese.
Spoon into 2-quart casserole.
Sprinkle remaining cheese over the top and cover with bread crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.

Pour diced tomatoes, chicken broth, chicken boullion cubes, water, and onion-mushroom soup mix into large pot and bring to a boil.
Add meatballs, hashbrowns, mixed vegetables, corn and celery and bring to another boil.
Add spices and reduce heat and simmer for 60-90 minutes.
Cut vegetables in small pieces.
In a large pot, add vegetables, soup mix, bouillon cube and cover with water. Season as desired. Boil rapidly for ten minutes.
Lower heat and simmer until vegetables are tender.
Puree the tomatoes in a blender or food processor.
Pour soup and tomatoes into a stockpot and warm over medium heat.
To serve, top with chips and cheese.
I make this with a number of possible variations-- some good additions are: shredded cooked chicken thighs or breasts, sour cream, black beans, black olives, a can of mexi-corn, sliced avocados, other varieties of cheese, chopped green onions.
Cut potatoes into bite-size pieces.
Cover with water, (no salt!) and boil till tender.
Cut the kielbasa into bite-sized pieces.
add cheese soup, kielbasa and 1/2 cup (or more) salsa to potatoes.
Add a little more water if needed, and return to a simmer for 10 minutes.
Add instant potatoes to thicken--1/2 cup at a time.
Simmer 5 minutes.
