Cut steak to fit crock pot; cover steak with soup (do not dilute soup).
Cook on low 6-8 hours.
Serve with rice or potatoes.

Cook on low for up to 6 hours or high for 3 hours. (crock pot only).

Dredge elk steak lightly in flour; shake off excess.
Melt butter in a large skillet; brown steak on both sides.

In a frying pan, heat Wesson oil, flour, salt and pepper cube steak.
Brown lightly on both sides.
Don't cook.
Cut large pieces in half.
Put cube steak in crock-pot.
Sprinkle flour in pan with drippings.
Brown well.
Add milk and water, stirring constantly. Bring to a boil.
Pour over cube steak in crock-pot.
Cook on low 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
Tender melt in your mouth.

Pour 1 can cream of mushroom soup and cream of chicken soup in crock-pot. Put steak in pot and pour remaining cans of soup over cubed steak.
Start cooking on high until boiling, then turn temperature down to low.

Brown round steak strips. Combine browned steak with soy sauce, onion, garlic, sugar, salt, pepper and ginger in a crock pot. Cover and cook on low 5 to 6 hours or until meat is tender. Add tomatoes and peppers. Cook on low 1 hour longer. Mix corn starch and water until blended. Add to crock pot. Cook on high until thickened. Serve over noodles or rice.

Mix flour, salt and pepper in a bag; shake steaks.
Put in crock-pot.
Pour the remaining flour mixture on top.
Add all other ingredients.
Cover and turn crock-pot to high for 1 hour.
