Crock-Pot Cube Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 round steak or 1 pkg. cube steak
    1 or 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    minced onion
Preparation
    If using round steak, cut in serving size pieces and pound with cube mallet.
    Brown in skillet, to which enough Crisco has been added to keep it from sticking.
    When browned, put in the crock-pot.
    Put the soup in the skillet in which the meat was browned.
    Heat until fryings from bottom of skillet have loosened. Add minced onion to soup.
    Pour over the meat in the crock-pot; be sure to get a little of the soup under the meat in the crock-pot. Cook for approximately 3 hours.
    (Can also use ground beef formed into patties and follow same directions.)
