Crock-Pot Peppered Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak
    1 c. water
    1 large can tomatoes
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 bell pepper, cut into strips
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    flour
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
Preparation
    Cut steak into strips; roll in flour and brown in skillet. Place steak, water, tomatoes, chopped onions, bell pepper and remaining ingredients in crock-pot. Cook all day. Serve over rice or noodles.
