Prepare stuffing mix per package

Mexican Chicken Casserole

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Stir water, 1/4 cup of the salsa, margarine and contents of vegetable/seasoning packet in 2-quart baking pan.
Stir in stuffing crumbs to moisten.
Arrange chicken over stuffing.
Pour remaining salsa over chicken.
Loosely cover pan with foil; bake for 35 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese; remove to serving plate.
Fluff stuffing with fork; serve with chicken.

Chicken Casserole

Boil chicken, then pull off of bone (or you can use about 5 chicken breasts).
Cook Stove Top as directed.
Fix soup, but not too thin.
Layer in casserole dish as follows: chicken, soup, stuffing, until finished.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until top browns.

Pull meat off bones.
