Tater Tot Casserole With Sausage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Spread the sausage, bacon, or ham evenly in the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan. Spread cheese over meat. I use 4 cups of cheese, but you can use less if you prefer to reduce the calories.
In large bowl, beat together milk and eggs. Pour over cheese. (May be refrigerated overnight at this point).
Top with frozen tater tots.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes. Some ovens may take more or less time. Cool for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.

Brown sausage; drain.
Peel apples and potatoes; slice.
Layer in casserole:
sausage, apples and potatoes.

Kraut-Sausage Casserole

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Place alternate layers of sauerkraut and beans in a buttered 8-quart casserole, ending with sauerkraut. Combine water and salt. Mix until dissolved. Add to casserole. Slice sausage roll. Place slices on top of sauerkraut. Bake 40 minutes. Remove from oven. Increase temperature to 400\u00b0. Arrange biscuits on top. Bake 10 to 15 minutes until browned.

Breakfast Sausage Casserole

Tear bread and place in greased casserole. Brown sausage and drain.
Sprinkle over bread.
Beat eggs, milk, Cheddar and mustard.
Pour over sausage.
Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake, uncovered, 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.

Cook sausage with water in covered frying pan until tender, approximately 20 minutes.
Remove sausage and cook green pepper and onion for 5 minutes, then add the condensed tomato soup and heat through.
Combine sauce with macaroni and mix well.

Sausage Egg Casserole

Use 2-quart rectangle Pyrex ovenware.
Cook and drain sausage. Mix eggs, milk, spices, cheese and mustard.
Put into casserole. Add sausage and bread cubes.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes, until firm in center.

Microwave Tortellini Casserole

Remove sausage from casing.
In 2 1/2-quart casserole, cook sausage, onion and garlic, covered, on High, 2 to 4 minutes, until done.
Drain.
Set aside.
Coarsely chop 2 tomatoes, tortellini, bouillon and 1/4 cup water.
Cook, covered, on High, 10 to 14 minutes until tortellini are almost tender.
Stir occasionally. Cut zucchini into 1/2-inch pieces.
Add to casserole.
Cook 5 minutes.
Cut up remaining tomato.
Stir in tomato and basil. Cover and let stand 2 minutes.

Remove 1 hour before cooking.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0 and bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes or until firm and golden on top. Serves 8.

Chicken Spanish Rice Casserole

Simmer chicken in water, salt and seasonings.
Remove meat from bones in large pieces.
Place in large greased casserole. Quarter sausage and fry in skillet.
Scatter over chicken.
In shortening, fry raw rice until rice is golden brown, stirring constantly.
Drain rice
and sprinkle over chicken and sausage. Add onions, garlic and tomato sauce to hot broth.
Pour over chicken and rice.
Cover.
Bake 1 1/4 hours in 325\u00b0 oven.
Heap hot drained peas around edge. Garnish with pimento.
Serves 6 to 8.

Place croutons in greased 13 x 9 x 2 casserole. Cook sausage until brown, crumble and drain well. Spoon over croutons. Sprinkle with cheese. Combine eggs, milk or cream and salt. Pour over cheese. Cover and chill overnight. Remove from refrigerator 15 minutes before baking. Bake at 350\u00b0 uncovered for 45 minutes or until set. Serves 8.

Smoked Sausage Casserole

Melt margarine in a large saucepan, over medium heat.
Add cabbage, onion and carrots; saute 5 minutes.
Stir in beans, tomatoes and vinegar.
Sprinkle cheese, flour and pepper over cabbage mixture and mix.
Spoon into greased 2-quart casserole. Cut sausage into bite size slices and arrange on top of cabbage. Cover and bake 40 minutes.

Sauerkraut And Sausage Bake

In skillet, brown sausage; drain off fat.
Stir together sauerkraut and green onions.
Turn into a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Spoon sausage over sauerkraut mixture.
Prepare mashed potatoes according to package directions.
Stir 2 tablespoons of the cheese into potatoes.
Spread potatoes over sausage; sprinkle remaining 2 tablespoons cheese.
Bake, uncovered, at 400\u00b0 until heated through, 35 to 40 minutes.

Pasta Sausage Bake

Brown sausage; drain. In a greased casserole, combine sausage, sauce, pasta and Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Top with Mozzarella cheese; heat until cheese melts. Serve with garlic bread and salad.
