Sausage Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 1/2 lb. bulk sausage (seasoned)
    4 to 5 slices bread, cubed
Preparation
    Use 2-quart rectangle Pyrex ovenware.
    Cook and drain sausage. Mix eggs, milk, spices, cheese and mustard.
    Put into casserole. Add sausage and bread cubes.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes, until firm in center.
