Sausage And Egg Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground hot sausage
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 2/3 c. milk
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 slices white bread
    6 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 drop Tabasco sauce or to taste
Preparation
    Butter bread and cut into small cubes.
    Brown sausage in skillet, making sure there are no large lumps.
    Drain.
    In 2-quart casserole, layer sausage, bread and cheese.
    In a bowl, beat eggs with milk, Tabasco sauce, salt, mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Pour mixture over sausage, bread and cheese. Cover and refrigerate 12 hours or overnight.
    Remove 1 hour before cooking.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0 and bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes or until firm and golden on top. Serves 8.
